What are eyelash extensions?
A process in which a single natural eyelash is isolated and a faux lash or hand-made volume fan is applied to the top of your own natural eyelash approximately 1 mm from the eyelid so neither the glue or the lash has contact with the skin. Lash extensions can only be applied to your natural lashes, not your skin.
What is a fill?
A refill consists of the lash artist going through the lashes to remove grown out lash extensions and add new extensions.
Are they permanent?
Lash extensions are semi-permanent. Your natural lashes grow and shed at their own pace which is why you need to get them filled every 2-4 weeks.
How can I wash them/what do I use?
We recommend an eyelash extension safe foam wash or an oil-free cleanser. Gently cleanse the lashes making sure you clean the undersides as well. Take a clean mascara wand and gently comb through your lashes. Rinse your lashes and pat dry. No rubbing or wiping! Cleaning your lashes daily will prolong the life of your eyelash extensions.
Do you fill in other lash artist's work?
Yes, we do fill other lash artist's work. If you are coming from another salon, we book out a 60-minute appointment and charge depending on how much time is needed.
What types of lashes?
We use high-quality faux mink lashes.
How long do lash extensions last?
The lash extensions will stay on anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. The bond life depends on many things such as: Proper after care, proper preparation, and proper application. Due to the lashes growth cycle, refills must be applied to fill in the gaps from the natural lashes that have fallen out.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lash?
No. With skilled application, normal maintenance and care, the lash extensions will not damage your natural lash. They will grow out with your natural lash growth cycle.
Do you do bottom lashes?
We are not offering bottom lash extensions as of now.

How can lash extensions be removed?
Please do not try to remove lash extensions yourself... You will end up pulling out your natural lashes if you pick or pull on the extensions. We apply a special gel on to the extensions, it is made to weaken the bond of the glue. No damage is done to your natural lashes.
How long does a fill take?
Refills usually take 60 – 120 minutes and do not require as much effort as full application.
Can people with straight lashes get lash extensions?
Yes we offer different lash curls and styles custom made for your lash type.
